Dear badminton players,

We'd like to invite everyone to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Friday May 22nd at 5:00pm. This will be a great opportunity for us to come together and discuss the past season, review our current playing format and share ideas about the future of our league.

In addition to the meeting, we'll also enjoy some pizza and take part in one final night of badminton for the season. It should be a fun and relaxed way to wrap things up.
