We sincerely apologize for the last minute cancellation of the badminton session tonight. 
We understand that many of you plan your schedules around these sessions and drive a fair distance. We regret any inconveniences or disappointment this may have caused, however the school did not inform us of this change earlier. 
we truly value your time, commitment and enthusiasm for the game, and we will do our best to always inform you when given any information.
